The Avenue Select Real Estate has appointed Juan Luis Sáez Espinosa as its new Managing Director. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector and a distinguished career at leading national and international firms such as Huspy, Remax, De Salas and Sotheby’s, Sáez Espinosa has been part of The Avenue’s executive board for over a year. His appointment as Managing Director reflects the company’s commitment to reinforcing its leadership in the luxury residential segment and supporting its ongoing national and international expansion.
